The organization unites people interested in multicultural education. Its activities aim to maintain cultural differences, promote mutual understanding, eliminate racism and discrimination, and build a foundation for equality - educational, economic, political and social. It consists of teachers, educators, representatives from local government and the business community. It is possible to join NAME by paying a membership fee via the web page. Multicultural Perspectives, a quarterly dedicated to multiculturalism, is available to order on the website.
