Bündnis Aktiver Fußballfans (BAFF), the Alliance of Active Football Fans, aims to support tolerance and mutual respect among fans, eliminate violence toward foreigners, and combat racism. BAFF acts against violence among fans, at the same time strengthening international cooperation among fans.

The Alliance's informational campaign is intended to combat racist tendencies in football and to teach young fans about multiculturalism and the international history of the sport. BAFF also organizes meetings of fans to exchange views and establish friendly relations between them, discussing topics such as football and violence, or tolerance and xenophobia in football.

BAFF has developed a Nine Point Plan to advance the fight against racism, commercialization and homophobia in football. The plan is made available to all football clubs.
